 ‘Cardio’ workouts will not be enough to burn belly fat. Strength training increases muscle mass, and because muscle needs more energy to live, you will in turn burn more fat (belly fat included). We have included 3 workouts you can do anywhere with very little space!  All programs give you a 3 minute warm up to get you started and 3 minute cool down so you are ending your training properly!

ABSolute ABS- Cardio & ABS

  • Here you will get a 20 minute workout by training your various swings and going directly into an ab exercise
  • It will challenge you and focus on your core as the kettlebell swing engages the core throughout!

Kettlebell ABSolute ABS

  • Intensive AB training that incorporates the use of the Russian Kettlebell in all the exercises
  • As you advance you can challenge yourself by using a heavier kettlebell

ABSolute ABS- No Kettlebell

  • We wanted to make one program for you that involved no kettlebells until you were ready to progress yourself to kettlebell training!
  • 20 minutes of challenging AB workout

For this program you ONLY need one kettlebell or dumbbell .

We advise you begin with a 10-15lb as a beginner / 20-35 as an advanced practitioner.
